Methodology Of Relaxation

медитация расслабленияIn this article, I will describe the practice which, over the years of meditation, has spontaneously worked as the shortest way to the highest state of consciousness. This practice calls for a meditation in a natural presence. The highest consciousness can be described as an infinite area of intense spontaneous attention to date. It's common to everyone, but because of internal stresses, it's covered by pulmonary thoughts, emotions and sentiments. These internal tensions are the source of all psychological suffering, and the thoughts that emerge from them serve as the morok in which we forget to not notice the true state of affairs.

Simply put, the stress is relaxed. The discovery of our original nature of pure consciousness in the spiritual and esotteric environment is called lighting. A direct way to enlightenment is a perception of the present moment of life. All human problems are that we are strenuously resisting the reality of the present by immersing in the illusion of events. In fact, all of these events are just a mental tension, a rash of consciousness that ends in an ongoing " moment " .

The movement of energy in our body and consciousness can be convenienced by the flow of water through the pipes or the channels used for it. The main task is to make this movement unimpeded, free and unintentioned. It may seem that this is about some sort of inaccessible practices and experiences. This is one of the obstacles to energy, an illusory mental unit.

When attention is drawn to the idea that " the practice is too complex and unclear how to work with it " , the distraction itself is an obstacle to the free flow of energy. The exit is close, much closer than it looks.

When we feel like we're not doing this, we just can't do it because we think it is. This is the usual reliance in itself and is the " mystic " zip for the energy that needs to be worked. To be better, to look more carefully at the scope of the current work, it is more convincing to say, "I can't do it! I don't know what to do! ”

Words are empty symbols, without worry, they don't have a charge. In practice, therefore, attention must be paid to the very survival that these words express. We are simply unintentionally considering, as much as the interest is concerned, that this reliance represents, where and how it begins, whether there are clear edges, source and basis. You don't have to work to see something specific. Just relax in the natural sense of what's going on.
