Great book, not just for starters.

The book is more about the practice of mind-- a mantra, imagination, prayer, thought of goodness. The technician of the seating position at the Lotus site and close observation of the point on the wall, or of the ventra, is not here. There's no conscious breathing practice either. Well, there's more Tibetan Buddhism than other directions. The book is good, but not for a single student (without a teacher, away from Tibet, from other Buddhists).

The book came today. Good book. It's not small enough. Acquisition advice. And the price is lower than the ozone.
